  Networking is an effective way to connect with industry professionals whilst also gaining insight and learning more about the industry. By networking with professionals it allows you to build a network of people to contact when trying to start out in the industry and gain knowledge from people who have a wealth of experience behind them.

During this process I was able to learn about brand identity and how I want to appear to potential clients and/or employers. This process also allowed me to build and develop on my social media presence for my brand to be able to get noticed amongst competitors which was successful as through social media I have been offered both videography and photography work.

By analysing digital portfolios it allowed me to see what works and what doesn't when creating a brand and website.Through this extensive research I was able to get ideas for my own personal website and what I did and I didn't want to include.In my Create Britain Profile I have added my logo and banner created by myself along with a skills wheel and a testimonial from a recent employer.I have also uploaded a showcase of photography and videography to my page which is updated with new work as I create to keep it as relevant as possible.I also have a Sunderland College badge attached to my profile connecting me to the rest of my cohort and so potential employers can see where I studied.
